ARIANA FIORELLO
Profile — Vol. 01

More than
a founder.

Ariana Fiorello-Omotosho is a founder, travel advisor, author, and genealogist building a life at the intersection of craftsmanship and curiosity.

Portrait of Ariana Fiorello-Omotosho

She is the founder and CEO of CastReady — a platform reimagining how creative talent is discovered, trained, and represented, beginning with actors and models.

Before CastReady, she trained as a hospitality professional — first as a Delta Air Lines flight attendant, then with Westin Hotels & Resorts. That training shows up everywhere: in how she reads a room, in how she plans a trip, in how she builds a product.

Alongside CastReady, she works as a Fora travel advisor and a Travel Coach Network–certified coach, designing affordable-luxury, wellness, adventure, and heritage journeys for a small roster of clients. Her signature line — Roots & Revelations — is genealogy-informed heritage travel built on seventeen-plus generations of researched ancestry.

She is the author of seven children's travel books, a mother whose son has visited 20+ countries, and a working traveler writing as often from Zanzibar and Kyoto as from her home desk.
